Though we do our best to give you a great buyer experience each time you shop with us providing the best quality, designs and in the fastest possible time. However if at all, should there be any condition requiring a refund or return, our refund policy will come into effect. We recommend you to carefully read all the terms and conditions under our refund policy before placing an order:

  1. Request for refund or exchange should be made within 7 days of your receiving the order.
  2. Refund or exchange policy is not applicable to custom made orders and if wrong size is ordered and personal items and items on sale.
  3. No refunds are applicable in case the product gets damaged/altered by the customer
  4. Used items shall not receive any refund.
  5. Please return the item in question in its original condition and packaging, along with its tags.
  6. Include all papers like receipt and other related documents while returning the product.
  7. Kindly allow some time for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
  8. We advise customers to insure their return package as Leather Adults does not undertake responsibility of damage or lost shipping, if any.
  9. As per the availability the zippers, buttons and accessories may differ from the images displayed on our website Also because of photographic effect and screen resolutions of different devices the color and texture of the actual products might differ from the images displayed on our website. No refunds are applicable for any of such issues.
  10. Whenever a product is returned back to us, the return shipment charges are to be paid by the customer.
  11. Any custom duties paid customer is not applicable for refund.
  • We do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered.
  • We do not accept returns for all custom orders.
  • For all personal items, return is not accepted.
  • Items on sale, (using discount codes) return is not accepted.

 We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 7 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 7 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Quality Control

We have three quality control supervisors in cutting, stitching and finishing departments and we always double check quality, finishing and stitching of the items before dispatch.
Sizing

Solution: When you place your custom order, our CS agent asks for your body measurement. Please refer to our sizing guide to take your body measurements. When you take your measurements correctly, there are chances for sizing error. Still, if the items reaches you and it doesn’t fit you perfectly.

Refund

We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.

Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition.
Please contact us and ask for the return address.

Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.

Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
You must provide correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
Regular products can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, whereas, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alteration.
Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
