Great product, flawed shipping process

Our main complaint was the shipping cost. Calculated incorrectly and the cost of shipping was only sent after the product was made. The product was made and only then were we told how much extra we had to pay. As customers, we had no choice but to pay an exorbitant amount or lose out on the product we paid so much for. Great product, flawed shipping process.
